There are birth processing and mom circle classes if you’s like to continue meetings after birth (babies welcome).

These in-person sessions offer flexibility to fit your needs. Whether you join a single meeting or commit to a series, you’ll find support, tools, and connection. Sessions take place at Adam Street, Jerusalem, from 09:00AM to 12:00PM. Parking available, refreshments provided.
Pricing:
- 290 NIS for one session
- 700 NIS for a package of three sessions
- 1,400 NIS for six sessions
- Participants receive a 20% discount on my online birth prep course and a 10% discount on other services such as B.O.T. meetings, prenatal bodywork & massage sessions, and closing of the body treatments.
Meetings run with a minimum of four participants, and many health funds and hospitals offer partial reimbursement:
- Hadassah Ein Kerem / Har Hatzofim: 500 NIS; Shaarei Zedek: 450 NIS.
- Kupat Cholim: Up to 75%

Who is the Birth Educator?
Lea Reichel, MA, certified doula, birth educator, B.O.T. facilitator
Lea’s mission is to empower parents for birth in Israel. She provides evidence-based information while also offering compassionate and comprehensive guidance. Certified in trauma-informed care, she nurtures a non-judgmental space for parents to grow, focusing on enabling the best possible start into parenthood.
